The client needed to furnish a 35,000 sq. ft office space. They received bids from other furniture dealers to furnish their floor at a rate of $27.00 per sq. ft. with new office furniture at an 8 week lead time.
Our Solution
We were able to provide pre-owned furniture from Grade A manufacturers at a rate of $10.00 per sq. ft. at a 3 week lead time.
Result
Client saved $600,000.00 off of their furniture project & decided to have Source Office provide furniture for various locations throughout the country, saving a great deal of money while giving each location a high end look.
